Changes to Product Build Numbering Scheme
You may notice that our product version numbers have changed to a new format: i.e. 5.0.2.XXXXX.This new format allows us to attach a unique daily identifier (XXXXX) to each build. This in turn makes it much easier to determine which builds of a given product are newer.
Using WebGrabber’s FitToPage Property
WebGrabber provides the FitToPage property to help you determine how HTML content is arranged on output PDF pages.
When you set FitToPage = True, you are telling WebGrabber to size the PDF page to fit the HTML content. Essentially, the PDF is one page that is as long and as wide as the HTML content.
When you set FitToPage = False, you are telling WebGrabber to size the content to fit in the parameters of the default PDF width and height (8.5” x 11”).
Additionally, WebGrabber’s PDFWidth and PDFLength properties have an effect on the appearance of the PDF, as they manipulate the width and height of the output PDF pages.
To learn more about using the FitToPage property and how to troubleshoot issues with the appearance of your output PDFs when FitToPage is used, see Troubleshooting the FitToPage Property’s Effect on PDF Appearance on our support portal.
